A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a
secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 15th day of June 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods.
Being part Section 15A.
Situated in Block XII, Mangakahia Survey District
(Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 37653.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
140333, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
