Temuka Transport, Ltd., Temuka, has applied for a licence to
resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage and
service-station premises on the corner of King and Wood Streets,
Temuka.

Andrews Bros., Mahi Road, Te Kauwhata, has applied for a
licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage
premises at Mahi Road, Te Kauwhata.

N.Z. Forest Products, Ltd., P.O. Box 1884, Auckland, has
applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from three pumps to be
installed on new garage premises at the junction of the old
Cambridge-Taupo and Wawa Roads, Kinleith.

W. T. Boese, Hospital Store, Upper Maxwell Road, Blenheim,
has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be
installed on store premises at Upper Maxwell Road, Blenheim.

N. E. Lehmann, Henderson, has applied for a licence to resell
motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on store premises at
Millbrook Road, Henderson.

L. H. Warner, Wishing Tree Tea-rooms, Rotorua, has applied
for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed
on camping ground at the Wishing Tree Tea-rooms and store at
Lake Rotoiti at the entrance to Hongi's Track.

Dalgety and Co., Ltd., Feilding, has applied for a licence to
resell motor-spirit otherwise than through pumps from the rear of
premises in Manchester Street, Feilding.

D. Davis, Towai, has applied for permission to shift one pump
from present garage and service-station premises on Main North
Towai-Kawakawa Highway a distance of 7 chains in the direction
of Towai on the opposite side of the road, opposite the Ruapekapeka
turn-off.

Arona Bros., Nukutawhiti, has applied for permission to shift
one pump from its present position in a drive-way to a new position
20 chains away on the main road, Nukutawhiti.

W. H. Anderson, Ltd., Tikokino, has applied for permission
to take over licence for one pump from Porters (Tikokino), Ltd.,
and to change the retail selling point from the present store premises
in Holdens Road, to a new site on the Ongaonga-Maraekakaho
Highway.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be
materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on
these applications should, not later than 5 February, submit any
written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
