Revoing a Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori
Land Amendment Act 1936, Tahoraite Development Scheme
P URSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act
1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a notice
made on the 25th day of January 1938, and published in Gazette
No. 5 of the 27th day of January 1938, at page 120, whereby the
land described in the Schedule hereto was declared to be subject
to Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of Maori land in the Ikaroa Maori Land Court District,
situate in Block VII, Tahoraite Survey District, and known as
Kaitoke 2K 2A Block, containing 144 acres, more or less.

Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori
Land Amendment Act 1936, Whakatane Development Scheme
P URSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act
1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a notice
made on the 29th day of September 1937, and published in New
Zealand Gazette No. 66 of the 30th day of September 1937, at page
2245, whereby the land described in the Schedule hereto was declared
to be subject to Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of Maori land in the Waiariki Maori Land Court
District, situate in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, and known
as part Lot 28B 2A 2D, Parish of Rangitaiki, containing 71 acres
0 roods 39:8 perches, and being the balance of area in certificate
of title, Volume 365, folio 91.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936 (Mahia Development Scheme)
P URSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby
revokes so far as it affects the lands described in the Schedule hereto
a certain notice dated 24th day of June 1938, and published in
Gazette No. 48 of the 30th day of June 1938, at page 1564, whereby
the said lands inter alia, were declared to be subject to the provisions
of Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
THE following Maori lands situate in the Tairawhiti Maori Land
Court District :-
Oraka 9B and 10B, containing 29 acres 0 roods 21 perches,
situated in Block V, Mahanga Survey District, part Rural
Section 3, Mahia, and being parts of Lots 9 and 10 on
deposited Plan 4091.
Oraka 12c, containing 61 acres 2 roods, situated in Block V,
Mahanga Survey District, part Mahia Rural Sections 3 and
4, and being part of Lot 12 on D.P. 4091.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936, Ruatoki Development Scheme
P URSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby
revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto,
a certain notice dated the 18th day of August 1930, and published
in New Zealand Gazette No. 62 of the 4th day of September 1930,
at page 2718, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23
of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment
Act 1929 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936)
were applied to, inter alia, the said land.
