Waterfront Industry Emergency Regulations 1946, Amendment
No. 10-Appointment of New Plymouth Port Conciliation
Committee

Pursuant to the Waterfront Industry Emergency Regula-
tions 1946, Amendment No. 10, the Minister of Labour
doth hereby appoint the following persons to be the Port
Conciliation Committee for the Port of New Plymouth for
a term expiring on 31st day of March 1954:-

Percy Esmond Stainton, Chairman; and
Guy MaCallan, Deputy Chairman; and
James Keith Davis, Bently Laurence Russell, and Robert
Scott (nominated by New Zealand Port Employers'
Association, Incorporated) and Mostyn Leslie Corder
(nominated by General Manager of Railways); and
