A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block IV, Mawheranui Survey District (Westland R.D.) (S.O. 4598.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 139629, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of April 1953.
