Mining Privileges to be Struck Off the Register

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act 1926 that, unless sufficient cause is shown to the contrary, the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register of the Mining Registrar at Paeroa at the expiration of one month from the date hereof.
