Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent
State forest land.
SCHEDULE
South Auckland Land District—Auckland Conservancy
All that area in the South Auckland Land District, Hauraki
Plains County, containing by admeasurement 710 acres 2 roods
7 perches, more or less, and being Sections 14, 18, and 19,
Block XI, Piako Survey District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on plans No. 25/32 and 25/33, deposited
in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (South Auckland
plans S.O. 35784 and S.O. 29836.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 24th day of April 1953.

Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent
State forest land.
SCHEDULE
Canterbury Land District—Canterbury Conservancy
All those areas in the Canterbury Land District, Selwyn and
Tawera Counties, containing by admeasurement 279 acres,
more or less, and described generally as follows:-
All that area containing by admeasurement 263 acres,
more or less, being Reserve 4685 and being formerly part of
Run 169a, situated in Block XVI, Coleridge Survey District,
Block XIII, Kowai Survey District, Block III, Fighting Hill
Survey District, and Block I, Hororata Survey District.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 16 acres,
more or less, being Reserve 4686, and being formerly part of
Run 169a, situated in Block XIII, Kowai Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan
No. 142/3, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand
Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow and
green respectively. (Canterbury plan S.O. 8550L.)

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
4th day of May 1953.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
1 rood 0·5 perches.
Being Lot 59, D.P. 37683, being part Allotment 87, Parish
of Titirangi, and being formerly part of the land
comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume
705, folio 382, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Mount Roskill.

I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke
Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim
and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for post-and-telegraph purposes
(line store); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 4th day of May 1953.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
18·18 perches.
Being part Sections 259 and 262, Town of Wanganui, and
being the land in Proclamation No. 3874 (Wellington
Registry).
Situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District (City of

Rivers Control Act 1941, I, Lieutenant-General Sir
Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto to be a soil-conservation reserve.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of Crown land declared to be
a soil-conservation reserve: 22 acres 31 perches.
Being Section 19.
Situated in Block IV, Puketapu Survey District. (Hawke's
Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2296.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 139865,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon edged red.
