CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY

NOTICE is hereby given that PEOPLES RENTALS, LIMITED, has changed its name to MUTUAL RENTAL CARS (NELSON), LIMITED, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name.

ROXBURGH BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926 the Roxburgh Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:-

“ That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £2,750 to be known as the “ Sewerage and Drainage Renewal Loan 1953 ” and authorized to be raised by the Roxburgh Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of redeeming at maturity the outstanding liability in respect of the Council's Sewerage and Drainage Loan 1937, the said Roxburgh Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of fivepence (5d.) in the pound (£l) on all rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Roxburgh, comprising the whole of such borough; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan for a period of twelve (12) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Roxburgh Borough Council held on the 9th day of April 1953.
