Vesting a Reserve in the Northcote Borough Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day of April 1953
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for access-way purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Northcote:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Northcote, in trust, for access-way purposes.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, containing by admeasurement 10·8 perches, more or less, being Allotment 360, Parish of Takapuna, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 789, folio 155 (Auckland Registry). Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948. (S.O. plan 37061.)

Vesting a Reserve in the Millers Flat Rabbit Board

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for Rabbit Board buildings:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Millers Flat Rabbit Board:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Millers Flat Rabbit Board, in trust, for Rabbit Board buildings.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 47s, Teviot Settlement, situated in Block VII, Benger Survey District: Area, 4 acres 2 roods 36 perches, more or less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948. (S.O. plan 9066)

Vesting a Reserve in the Mosgiel Borough Council

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a site for a car park:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Mosgiel:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Mosgiel, in trust, for a site for a car park.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for travelling stock purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Opotiki:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County af Opotiki, in trust, for travelling stock purposes.

SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 5A, Opotiki Suburbs: Area, 6 acres 2 roods 29·7 perches, more or less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948. (S.O. plan 2906.)

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been duly set apart as reserves for recreation purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, in trust, for recreation purposes.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 39·7 perches, more or less, being Lot 26 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 39426, being part Allotment 21, Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland. (S.O. plan 37295.)
Also all that area situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 21 perches, more or less, being Lot 38 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 38819, being part Allotment 104A, Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland. (S.O. plan 37269.)
Both areas being subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.
