WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the 12th day of November 1952 and published in the Gazette of the 27th day of the same month, at page 1948, Matts Gomez Hegglun was licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Okoha Bay, Pelorus Sound, as a site for a wharf:
And whereas it is desirable to revoke the said Order in Council:
Now, therefore, pursuant to the provisions of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby revokes as from the 31st day of March 1953 the hereinbefore recited Order in Council.
