    Omit this regulation and substitute the following :-

  4. A charge of 6d. per ton (minimum charge ls. 6d.) will be made for the tallying of sugar, golden syrup, and treacle (ex Chelsea) loaded into railway wagons at the Auckland wharves.
    The Department reserves the right to decline to undertake the tallying of such goods.

  5. Haulage Charges, Napier-Breakwater Line
    Paragraph 1. Insert the following :--
    Live-stock will be charged 22s. 6d. per H or J wagon, 30s. per Ho or Jo wagon and 45s. per bogie wagon.
