A PROCLAMATION
P
URSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby
Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
4.5 perches.
Being part Lot 3 on D.P. 27114, being part Allotment 71,
Ararimu Parish.
Situated in Block X, Kaipara Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 37115.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
139734, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also hereby take the
land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes
of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

and Citizens of the City of Dunedin as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
