The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1925— Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union
NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 23 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1925, the registration of the Wellington Wool Scourers' Industrial Union of Employers, Registered No. 1665, situated at Palmerston North, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date of this notice.

The Finance Act (No. 3) 1934—Interest on Income Tax Paid in Advance
NOTICE is hereby given that the Minister of Finance has, pursuant to section 8 of the Finance Act (No. 3) 1934, prescribed that interest at 1½ per centum per annum will be credited on advance payments of income-tax which will become payable during the financial year ending 31 March 1953, provided the total interest so calculated amounts to 5s. or more.
Advance payments carry interest for each complete month commencing from 2 March 1953 or the date of payment (whichever is the later) to 1 February 1954.

All that area in the South Auckland Land District, Thames County, containing by admeasurement 28 acres 3 roods 25 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on plan No. 8224, deposited in the Auckland Land Registry Office, being part of Section 6, Block XVI, Tairua Survey District, and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume
1050, folio 125 (Auckland Land Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 23/74, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
