NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 8 of the above-
mentioned Act, that the register and records of the
companies, the names of which are set out in the first column
of the Schedule hereto, which have hitherto been kept at the
office of the Assistant Registrar of Companies at the respective
places named in the second column of the Schedule hereto have
been transferred to the office of the Assistant Registrar of
Companies at the respective places named in the third column

WOOLWORTHS (NEW ZEALAND), LIMITED
LOST SHARE CERTIFICATE
APPLICATION has been made to the above company to
issue a new certificate of title to Shares Nos. 2559155
to 2559191, both inclusive, in lieu of original certificate
No. 7407 issued in the name of STANLEY RIDDLER, of
131 Willis Street, Wellington, and the said Stanley Riddler
has made a statutory declaration that the original certificate
of title to the said shares has been lost.
Notice is hereby given that, unless within thirty days
from date hereof, there is made to the company some claim
or representation in respect of the said original certificate,
a new certificate will be issued in place thereof.

IN LIQUIDATION
In the matter of the Companies Act 1953, and in the
matter of P.O.D. BUILDERS, LIMITED (in liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that by special resolution of
P.O.D. Builders, Limited, passed on 10 March 1953,
it was resolved that the special resolution of P.O.D. Builders,
Limited, passed on the 25th day of February 1953 be rescinded
and that the following special resolution be substituted
therefor:—
‘‘ That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that
GEORGE WILLIAM BROWN, of Christchurch, Official Assignee,
be and is hereby appointed the provisional liquidator.’’
And notice is hereby further given that, pursuant to
section 234 (2) of the Companies Act 1933, a meeting of
creditors of the said company will be held at my office, 184
Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, on Friday, the 20th day of
March 1953, at 11 a.m., at which meeting a full statement of
the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of
creditors and the amount of their claims, will be laid before
the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance
of section 235 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be
liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 236
of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Counties Act 1920, and in the
matter of The Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Franklin County Council
proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned
Acts to execute a certain public work—namely, the provision
of a road within the County of Franklin—and for the purposes
of such public work the lands described in the Schedule
hereto are required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so
required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk
to the said Council, situated in Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and
is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary
office hours.
All persons affected by and who have well-grounded objections
to the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands,
must state their objections in writing and send the same, within forty
days from the 11th day of March 1953, being the day of the first
publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the County Office,
Roulston Street, Pukekohe.
