A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Pro-
clamation dated the 23rd day of January 1953, and published
in the New Zealand Gazette No. 5 of the 29th day of the same
month at page 116, taking land for buildings of the General
Government in the City of Palmerston North, and hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Govern-
ment; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 23rd day of March 1953.
