HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the District Valuation Rolls for the Districts enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be revised by the Valuer-General as at the 28th day of February 1953.

Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve in Block XIII, Maungatautari Survey District, South Auckland Land District

Pursuant to subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the reservation for a Maori school site over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby declares that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District Brought Under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928

NORRIE, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of March 1953 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Rawene Domain and shall be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Rawene Domain Board.

SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT SECTION 6, Block XIV, Mangamuka Survey District: Area, 45 acres 3 roods 5 perches, more or less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.
