PURSUANT to subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the reservation for access-way purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby declares that the said lands, being vested in the Crown, are Crown lands available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) (a) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for plantation purposes to a reserve for a site for municipal buildings.

Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) (a) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the purpose of that portion of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby changed from a reserve for a site for a public reading-room and library to a reserve for a site for Power Board buildings.
