A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land, being closed street, described in the First Schedule hereto, to be added to the land vested in the Wellington Education Board for a public work, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of closed street: 1 rood 24 perches.
Being Section 150, Township of Carterton, being formerly closed street adjoining 2 of Section 3 and part 1 of Section 3, Township of Carterton, and being the whole of the land in Proclamation No. 4571 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Carterton.

SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land to which the closed street is added: 4 acres 1 rood 20 perches.
Being part 1 of Section 3, Township of Carterton, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 376, folio 99 (Wellington Land Registry).
