A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of
Mosgiel as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day
of March 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 12·9 perches.
Being part Lots 14, 15, and 16, Deeds Plan 164, Township of Stuart
Town, being part Section 24.
Situated in Irregular Block, East Taieri Survey District (Borough
of Mosgiel), (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11601.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138197, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day
