Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936

Pharmacy Industry

H. P. Davis, 5 Cook Street, Whangarei, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at 166 Puhinui Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland.
A. R. Morrison, 90 Upland Road, Kelburn, Wellington, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at the corner of Malfroy and Old Taupo Roads, Rotorua West.
D. de Vere Wilson, 94 Sandringham Road, Auckland, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Marua Road, Ellerslie (near junction with Ballarat Street), Auckland.
A. Stretton, 386 Beach Road, Campbell's Bay, Auckland, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Stanmore Bay, Whangaparaoa Peninsula, Auckland.
A. G. Pringle, 72 Harrow Street, Dunedin, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at 314 George Street, Dunedin.

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit

C. K. Patel, 50 Carmen Road, Hornby, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on service-station and garage premises on the corner of Carmen and Waterloo Roads, Hornby.
H. A. Hudspith, Mount Roskill, Auckland, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage and service-station premises at 563 Richardson Road, Mount Roskill, Auckland.
Star Motors, Ltd., Levin, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on service-station and garage premises at Oxford Street, Levin.
R. L. Spackman, Sanson, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Sanson.
C. Buttle, Beach Road, Kaikoura, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Beach Road, Kaikoura.

D. Knuckey, Domett Street, Waitara, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on engineering works at Domett Street, Waitara.
R. F. Sutherland, Powderham Street, New Plymouth, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on rental car depot at 45 Powderham Street, New Plymouth.
P. P. Wimsett, Rissington, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on store premises at the corner of Wharerangi and Church Roads on the Main Napier-Rissington Highway.
Tourist Garage, Ltd., Picton, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed at the end of the Fishermans Wharf, Picton.
E. Long, Whittaker Street, Rotorua, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on Cosy Cottage Motor Camp, Whittaker Road, Rotorua.
Murray Roberts and Co., Ltd., High Street, Dannevirke, has applied for licences to resell motor-spirit from two oil company depots at Tahoraiti.
Excelsior Motors, Ltd., Te Kuiti, has applied for permission to shift three pumps from their present site to a new position on an adjacent section in Rora Street, Te Kuiti.
Opotiki Dairy Assn., Ltd., Opotiki, has applied for permission to shift four pumps to new premises on the opposite side of the Waioeka Road, Opotiki, from the old premises.
Cooper and Curd, Ltd., Pukekohe, has applied for permission to shift six pumps from the present site on the corner of King and Edinburgh Streets, Pukekohe, to a new position about 250 ft. distant in Edinburgh Street South on a new section.
Kirks Garage, Ltd., Te Awamutu, has applied for permission to shift one pump about 200 yards and on the opposite side of the street to their existing premises in Alexandra Street, Te Awamutu.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 30 January 1953, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 2492, Wellington.
