Crown Land Set Apart for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Opotiki

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of December 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 acre 1 rood 31·5 perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, 9, 10, 15, 16, and 17, D.P. 4021, being parts of Allotments 195, 196, 239, 240, and 241 of Section 2, Town of Opotiki, and being part of the land in Proclamation No. 1196 (Gisborne Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of December 1952.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of December 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre.
Being Allotment 475, Town of Cambridge West, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1009, folio 66 (Auckland Land Registry).
Situated in the Town District of Leamington.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 13·3 perches.
Being Lot 3, D.P. 24595 (Town of Waitoa Extension No. 6), being part Te Punga No. 1 Block, situated in Block X, Waitoa Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 718, folio 32 (Auckland Land Registry).

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 12·7 perches.
Being part Section 7, Evans Bay District, and being also Lot 6, D.P. 3419, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 240, folio 246 (Wellington Land Registry).

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 34·8 perches.
Being Lot 9, D.P. 7514, being part Section 16, Block VII, Portobello District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 360, folio 78 (Otago Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of December 1952.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Huntly as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of December 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 37·97 perches.
Being part Lot 11, D.P. 29455, being part Allotment 463, Taupiri Parish.

Situated in Block XVI, Rangiriri Survey District (Borough of Huntly), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35724.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138355, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
