HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Brown’s Bay Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

ALL that area situated in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 2 roods 17·71 perches, more or less, being Lots 25, 26, and 27, Block V, as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 10801, being part Allotment 189, Parish of Takapuna, and being all the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 439, folio 110, and Volume 673, folio 206 (Auckland Registry).

PURSUANT to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Ngamotu Domain, and shall be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Ngamotu Domain Board.

Vesting the Control of a Scenic Reserve in the Akitio County Council

PURSUANT to section 13 of the Scenery Preservation Act 1908, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government hereby vests the control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto (being land reserved under the said Act) in trust, for the purposes of scenery preservation, as from the date of this notice until the 16th day of February 1956 (unless previously altered or revoked under the said Act), in the Akitio County Council.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—PONGAROA SCENIC RESERVE

ALL that area situated in Block IX, Mount Cerberus Survey District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 30 perches, more or less, being Section 17 and part Section 16, Block IX, Pongaroa Township. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/970A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
