A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD

Approximate Areas of the Pieces of Land Proclaimed as Road. Being Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Coloured on Plan.
A. R. P. 0 0 2·7 6 2 28·2 Part Lot 14, D.P. 19374, being part O.L.C. 12 Part O.L.C. 13 (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36619.) III III and VII Russell ,, Blue. Yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED

Approximate Areas of the Pieces of Road Closed. Adjoining or Passing Through Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Coloured on Plan.
A. R. P. 4 0 18·7 2 2 30·3 Part O.L.C. 13 (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36619.) II and III III Russell ,, Green. ,,

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138794, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of November 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—

0 2 18·3 Part Section 7; coloured blue.
3 1 2·6 Part Section 8; coloured orange.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 2 roods 16 perches.

Adjoining D.P. 1360 (being Sections 2 and 4); also Sections 6 and 8, Block XXIX; and Sections 1, 3, 5, and 7, Block XXXVII: coloured green.

All situated in Block XXIX, Clutha Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9734.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138786, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 roods 38·3 perches.

Being part Section 73; coloured orange.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 33·5 perches.

Passing through Section 73, Block II, Otago Peninsula Survey District, and adjoining Section 8, Upper Harbour East Survey District; coloured green.

All situated in Block II, Otago Peninsula Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11541.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138751, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
