A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of December 1952.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138754, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of November 1952.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Samuel Swanton Green,of Donnelly's Crossing, Farmer, under and by virtue of Deferred Payment Licence, Volume 811, folio 75 (Auckland Registry), is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of December 1952.
