1526, under Regular Air Force, General Duties Branch,
Appointments, for "Neil Frances Anderson" read "Neil Francis
Anderson".

of portion of the Takapuna Borough Council's loan of Β£18,000,
published in Gazette No. 68 of 30 October 1952, at page 1769, for
"Half-year" in the First Column of the Schedule, read "Year".

IN the New Zealand Gazette No. 68, dated 30 October 1952, page
1783, under the heading "Notice to Persons Affected by
Applications for Licences Under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency
Act 1936" notice was given of an application having been made
by O. N. Burke, Christchurch, for a licence to operate a new pharmacy
at 408 Junes Road, Christchurch.

This notice is hereby cancelled and the following substituted
therefor :-

"O. N. Burke, Christchurch, has applied for a licence to
operate a new pharmacy at 408 Innes Road, St. Albans, Christchurch.
"Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be
materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on
this application should, not later than 20 November 1952, submit
any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of
Industry, C.P.O. Box 2492, Wellington."

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir
Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Govern-
ment of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT-SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas in the Otago Land District, Clutha County, con-
taining by admeasurement 2 acres and 38 perches, more or less,
and being Sections 9 and 10, Block V, Rankleburn Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 204/69,
deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Otago plan S.O. 11522.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 10th day of November 1952.

Land Proclaimed as Street in the Borough of Port Chalmers

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator
of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the
land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street : 2
acres 3 roods 11.01 perches.
Being Lot 52, D.P. 7074, being part of the original bed of Otago
Harbour and being part of the land comprised and described
in certificate of title, Volume 359, folio 58 (Otago Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Port Chalmers.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of
the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of November 1952.
