Lemon Marketing Regulations—Notice Fixing Prices of Certain Grades
PURSUANT to regulation 19 of the Lemon Marketing Regulations 1946, I hereby fix the following prices per loose bushel to be paid by the Marketing Department for lemons delivered to the Department during the undermentioned period:—

Time and Place of Election by Fire-insurance Companies of a Member of the Timaru Fire Board
PURSUANT to the Fire Services Act 1949, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby appoints 12 o’clock noon on Friday, the 14th day of November 1952, as the time and the offices of the Fire and Accident Underwriters’ Association, Dunedin, as the place for the holding of a meeting of representatives of the insurance companies carrying on business in New Zealand to elect one member of the Timaru Fire Board.

Christchurch International Airport
In the matter of the Public Works Amendment Act 1935, and in the matter of the Christchurch International Airport in the Canterbury Land District
THE Minister of Works, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1935, hereby gives notice that, for the purpose of making the Christchurch International Airport safe for aviation purposes he prohibits the erection, placing, or extension, without his consent, of any building, pole, mast, or other structure of any kind, and the growing of trees, or shrubs of any kind on the land described in the Schedule hereto beyond the heights, above the level of the ground, hereinafter appearing, that is to say: On the land edged red, a height of 25 ft.; on the land edged green, a height of 40 ft.; on the land edged blue, a height of 50 ft.; on the land edged orange, a height of 60 ft.; on the land edged yellow, a height of 80 ft.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land situated in the Canterbury Land District, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 16190, being part Rural Section 2070, situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 549, folio 236, and the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 392, folio 203 (Canterbury Land Registry), such land being more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138592, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged as above mentioned.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors, shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:—
A motor-driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, to the persons described in Column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorize them to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of their employment for the employers described in Column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorize them while they are under the age of eighteen years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Declaring Areas to be Closely Populated Localities for the Purposes of Section 36 of the Transport Act 1949
PURSUANT to section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby declares the areas described in the Schedule hereto to be closely populated localities for the purposes of the said section to the intent that a person driving any motor-vehicle on any road therein shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of thirty miles an hour fixed by the said section.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Kairanga and Oroua Counties—
All that area at Bunnythorpe consisting of—
(1) Greatford–Ashhurst Main Highway No. 831 (that portion commencing at a point 4 chains measured in an easterly direction from its junction with Stoney Creek Road, proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction and terminating at the Mangaone Stream Bridge).
(2) Stoney Creek Road (that portion commencing at its junction with the Greatford–Ashhurst Main Highway No. 831 and terminating at a point 3 chains measured from the commencing point).
SITUATED within Kairanga County—
All that area at Bunnythorpe consisting of—
(1) Bunnythorpe–Kairanga Main Highway No. 376 (that portion commencing at its junction with Greatford–Ashhurst Main Highway No. 831 and terminating at a point 6 chains measured in a south-westerly direction from the commencing point).
Railway Road (that portion commencing at its junction with the Bunnythorpe–Kairanga Main Highway No. 376 and terminating at a point 6 chains measured from the commencing point).

Declaring Areas to be Closely Populated Localities for the Purposes of the Transport Act 1949, Section 36
PURSUANT to section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby declares the areas described in the Schedule hereto to be closely populated localities for the purposes of the said section to the intent that a person driving any motor-vehicle on any road therein at any time during the period commencing on the 18th day of December of each year and ending on the seventh day following Easter Monday in the next ensuing year shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of thirty miles an hour fixed by the said section.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Whangarei County—
(1) At Ngunguru: All that area consisting of that portion of the Kiripaka–Ngunguru Road commencing at its junction with Waiotoi Road and terminating at the lagoon bridge situated approximately 64 chains measured in a south-westerly direction from the commencing point; also that portion of the Matapouri–Ngunguru Road commencing at its junction with Waiotoi Road and terminating at a point 2 chains measured in a north-easterly direction from its junction with School Road.
(2) At Waipu Cove: All that area consisting of that portion of Waipu Cove Road commencing at a point 16 chains measured in a north-westerly direction from the Waipu Cove Stream bridge and terminating at a point 35 chains measured generally in a westerly direction from the commencing point.
