6 Nov.] THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE Land Taken for a Public School in the Town District of Johnsonville [L.S.] H. F. O'LEARY, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of November 1952.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 4 acres 2 roods 18.81 perches. Being part of Wiremutaone Section 8, Subdivision 28. Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 21953.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138091, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon edged blue. O'LEARY, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of November 1952.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 0 roods 29.51 perches. O'LEARY, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of November 1952.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 roods 11ยท11 perches. Being part Section 46, Hutt Registration District. Situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District (City of Lower Hutt). (S.O. 22484.) In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138589, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of October 1952. W. S. GOOSMAN, Minister of Works. Stopping Government Road in Block VI, Kawakawa Survey District [L.S.] H. F. O'LEARY, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
