a line commencing at the mouth of the Kahutara River; thence
north-westerly up that river to the Waiau-Kaikoura Road; thence
south-westerly generally along that road to the Conway River. Also
all that part of the Hanmer Riding of the County of Amuri lying
to the north-east of a line commencing at Topo. Station Z situated
on the western boundary of Block IX, Rainbow Survey District;
thence southerly generally along the ridge passing through Mount
Guinevere, being the boundary of St. James’s Run to the eastern
shore of Lake Tennyson, along that shore and down the Clarence
River to its junction with Leader Dale; thence north-easterly up
the Leader Dale to and down Five Mile Stream to the Acheron River.
Also all that part of the City of Nelson lying to the north-east of a
line commencing at the intersection of the boundary of the City of
Nelson and the Matai River; thence westerly generally down that

All that area comprising the County of Cheviot, the County
of Waipara, the County of Kowhai, the County of Ashley, the
County of Oxford, the County of Rangiora, the County of Eyre,
the Boroughs of Kaiapoi, and Rangiora, the Lyndon, Rotherham,
and Pahau Ridings of the County of Amuri, that part of the Hanmer
Riding of the County of Amuri, lying to the south-west and south-
east of a line from Topo. Station Z to the Acheron River as described
in the Electoral District of Marlborough, hereinbefore described.
Also that part of the Conway and Hundalee Ridings of the County
of Kaikoura lying to the south of a line from the intersection of
the Waiau-Kaikoura Road and the Conway River to the mouth
of the Kahutara River as contained in the description of the Marl-
borough Electoral District hereinbefore described. Also that part
of the Styx Riding of the County of Waimairi lying to the north
of a line commencing at a point in Kaputone Creek in line with

All that area comprising the County of Selwyn, the County
of Tawera, the County of Malvern, the County of Ellesmere, the
County of Springs, the Town District of Leeston, the Belfast, and
Papanui Ridings of the County of Waimairi, that part of the Styx
Riding of the County of Waimairi lying to the south of a line com-
mencing at a point in Kaputone Creek in line with Teapes Road;
thence to and along that road, Nalder’s Road, Lower Styx Road,
and Heyder’s Road to the sea-coast. That part of the Marshland
Riding of the County of Waimairi lying to the north of Kelly’s
Road, situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District. Also
all that part of the County of Waimairi lying to the north-west of
a line commencing at a point in Harewood Road in line with the
south-eastern boundary of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 2354;
thence north-westerly along Harewood Road to Greer’s Road;
thence south-westerly generally along Greer’s Road, Burnside Road,
Graham’s Road, Waimairi Avenue, and Avonhead Road to Yald-
hurst Road, the Yaldhurst, Prebbleton, West Melton, Broadfield,

south-west of a line commencing at the western corner of Reserve
2531; thence south-easterly along a closed road, Barters Road to
the western corner of Rural Section 2810, all that part of the County
of Halswell lying to the south of a line commencing at the western
corner of the south-eastern part of Reserve 92 in Block XIV,
Christchurch Survey District; thence easterly generally along the
southern boundary of the south-eastern part of Reserve 92, the

the road forming the south-western boundary of Rural Section 141

All that area comprising part of the County of Waimairi, part
of the City of Christchurch, and part of the Borough of Riccarton
bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block VI, Christchurch
Survey District, being the intersection of Harewood Road and
Greer’s Road; thence south-westerly generally along Greer’s Road,
Burnside Road, Graham’s Road, Waimairi Avenue, Avonhead Road,
and Yaldhurst Road; thence easterly along Yaldhurst Road and
Riccarton Road, southerly along Deans Avenue, easterly along
Moorhouse Avenue, north-easterly along Hagley Avenue, northerly
along Rolleston Avenue and Park Terrace; thence easterly along
