WAITOMO

All that area comprising the Borough of Te Kuiti; the Borough of Taumarunui; the Town District of Ohura; the Town District of Manunui; the County of Waitomo; the County of Ohura; the County of Kaitieke; the County of Taumarunui; the County of Kawhia; the Urenui, Uruti, and Mokau Ridings of the County of Clifton and that part of the County of Taupo bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block V, Maruanui Survey District, where the south-eastern boundary of Tauhara South A Block intersects the middle of the Taharua River; thence north-westerly along a right line passing through Trig. Station No. 45 (Ouaha) in Block XIII, Tauhara Survey District, to the shore of Lake Taupo; thence south-westerly generally along the shore of Lake Taupo to the boundary of the County of Taupo; thence south-westerly and easterly generally along the said county boundary to the Mohaka River; thence north-westerly up the Mohaka River and the Taharua River to the point of commencement.

ROTORUA

All that area comprising the Borough of Rotorua, the Town District of Taupo, the County of Rotorua, the Tokoroa Riding of the County of Matamata, that part of the Lichfield Riding of the County of Matamata lying generally to the south of a line commencing at the intersection of the Ngatira Road and the Rotorua Branch Railway; thence proceeding southerly and westerly generally along Ngatira Road and Selwyn Street (Lichfield Village) and along the road forming the southern and western boundaries of Section 28, Block XV, Patetere North Survey District, to the Putaruru–Lichfield Back Road; thence north-westerly along that road and Dukeson Road to the eastern boundary of Mangakaretu Maori Block and that part of the County of Taupo lying generally to the north of a line commencing at Te Taumutu Trig. Station in Block XVI, Heruiwi Survey District; thence proceeding south-westerly along a right line to a point in Block III, Maruanui Survey District, where the middle of the Taupo–Napier Road intersects the middle of the Rangitaiki River and along a right line to a point in Block V, Maruanui Survey District, where the south-eastern boundary of Tauhara South A Block intersects the middle of the Taharua River; thence north-westerly along a right line passing through Trig. Station No. 45 (Ouaha) in Block XIII, Tauhara Survey District, to the shore of Lake Taupo; thence south-westerly generally along the shore of Lake Taupo to the boundary of the County of Taupo.

BAY OF PLENTY

All that area comprising the Borough of Te Puke, the Borough of Whakatane, the Borough of Opotiki, the County of Whakatane, the County of Opotiki, the County of Matakaoa, the County of Waiapu, the County of Uawa, the Maketu Riding of the County of Tauranga; the Motu, Mangatu, Waipaoa, Waihuku, Kanakanaia, and Ngatapa Ridings of the County of Waikohu; that part of the Te Puke Riding of the County of Tauranga lying to the south-east generally of a line commencing at a point on the sea-coast at the northern end of a road forming the eastern boundaries of Sections 15, 11, 8, and 6, Block I, Te Tumu Survey District; thence proceeding southerly along the said road across the railway to the Tauranga–Whakatane Main Highway; thence westerly along the Main Highway to Reids Road; thence southerly generally along Reids Road, the road forming the northern boundaries of Sections 27, 24, 20, 19, and 25, Block I, Maketu Survey District, to and along Waitao Road, along the south-eastern and southern boundaries of Section 3, Block IV, Otanewainuku Survey District, along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Section 7, Block IV, Otanewainuku Survey District, and along the southern boundary of that Section to the western boundary of the Te Puke Riding aforesaid; and that part of the Waimata Riding of the County of Cook lying to the north of the southern boundary of small Grazing Run 43, being Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Small Grazing Run 43A and part of Small Grazing Run 43 and including all adjacent islands.

GISBORNE

All that area comprising the Borough of Gisborne, the Karaka Riding of the County of Waikohu, the County of Cook excepting that part of the Waimata Riding lying to the north of the southern boundary of Small Grazing Run 43, being Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Small Grazing Run 43A and part of Small Grazing Run 43.

HAWKE’S BAY

All that area comprising the Boroughs of Waipukurau, Waipawa, and Wairoa, the Counties of Patangata, Waipukurau, Waipawa, and Wairoa and the County of Hawke’s Bay excluding the Electoral Districts of Napier and Hastings hereinafter described, that part of the County of Taupo lying generally to the south and east of a line commencing at Te Taumutu Trig. Station in Block XVI, Heruiwi Survey District; thence proceeding south-westerly along a right line to a point in Block III, Matuanui Survey District, where the middle of the Taupo–Napier Road intersects the middle of the Rangitaiki River and along a right line to a point in Block V, Maruanui Survey District, where the south-eastern boundary of Tauhara South A Block intersects the middle of the Taharua River; thence southerly generally down the middle of the Taharua River and the middle of the Mohaka River to the boundary of the County of Taupo.

NAPIER

All that area comprising the Borough of Napier, the Town District of Taradale and that part of the County of Hawke’s Bay bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of the Ngaruroro River; thence up the aforesaid river to and along the western boundary of the Meeanee Riding to the south-western corner of the Town District of Taradale; thence along the western boundary of the aforesaid Town District and the western boundary of the Meeanee Riding to and along the western, northern, and north-eastern boundaries of the former Inner Harbour to and along the northern boundary of Section 6, Block XVI, Puketapu Survey District; thence in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately two chains along a road forming the eastern boundary of Section 6 aforesaid; thence easterly along another road and its production to the sea; thence southerly along the sea-coast to the point of commencement, including all wharves and other extensions seaward.

HASTINGS

All that area comprising the Borough of Hastings, the Town District of Havelock North, and that part of the County of Hawke’s Bay bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of the Ngaruroro River; thence up the aforesaid river to a point in line with Raupare Road; thence along that road, Omahu Road, Wilson Road, Iron-gate Road, and Pakowhai Road to Longlands Road; thence south-easterly along that road and Te Aute Road to and along the road forming the south-western boundary of Section 9, Block IV, Te Mata Survey District, to and along Middle Road, the road forming the south-western boundary of Lots 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, and 13 of a subdivision of land in Block IV, Te Mata Survey District, to the north-western boundary of part Lot 3 as shown on the plan numbered 5232, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Napier; thence along the generally northern boundary of part Lot 3 and the northern and eastern boundaries of Lot 1 as shown in the said plan No. 5232 to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned Lot; thence along the western boundary of part Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 2344, deposited as aforesaid, to the middle of the Tukituki River; thence down the Tukituki River to the sea, and northerly along the sea-coast to the place of commencement.

NEW PLYMOUTH

All that area comprising the City of New Plymouth: that part of the Omata Riding of the County of Taranaki lying generally to the north and north-east of a line commencing at the intersection of the south-eastern boundary of Section 517, Grey District, situated in Block IX, Paritutu Survey District, with the middle of the Huatoki Stream; thence proceeding south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of the said Section 517, Sections 516, 515, and 514, Grey District crossing all intersecting roads, and along the generally south-eastern boundaries of Los 2 on Deposited Plan No. 5429, to the southernmost corner of the said Lot 2; thence along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Section 53, Omata District, situated in Block VIII, Paritutu Survey District, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Barrett Road; thence north-westerly generally along the middle of Barrett Road, Pheney Road, Sealy Road, South Road, again along the middle of Sealy Road and Omata Road to the middle of the Wairekanui Stream; thence down the middle of that stream to the sea-coast: that part of the Mangorei Riding of the County of Taranaki lying to the north-west of a line commencing at the confluence of the Waiwakaiho River and the Mangorei Stream; thence proceeding up the middle of the Mangorei Stream to a point in line with the southern boundary of part Section 772, Grey District, situated in Block IX, Paritutu Survey District; thence westerly generally to and along that boundary to the eastern corner of part Section 524, Grey District; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of Section 524, aforesaid, crossing Mangorei Road, along the south-eastern boundaries of Section 523 and part Section 522, Grey District, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Henui Stream; thence down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 2527; thence to and along the south-eastern boundaries of the said Lot 1, part Section 521, Sections 520, 519A, 518, and 517, crossing all intersecting roads to the middle of the Huatoki Stream, that part of the Waitara West Riding of the County of Taranaki lying generally to the north-west of a line commencing at the intersection of the south-western boundary of Pukekohatu No. 25c Block, in Block III, Paritutu Survey District, and the western side of the Waitara Branch Railway; thence proceeding south-westerly generally along the western and north-western side of that
