Land Subject to the Housing Act 1919 Declared Crown Land Available for Reservation Under the Land Act 1948
[L.S.] H. F. Q'LEARY, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land subject to the Housing Act 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that area situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 16.3 perches, more or less, being Lot 61 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 37894, being part Allotments 13 and 14, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 824, folio 251 (Auckland Registry). Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of October 1952.
