Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit

Bridge Services, Ltd., Henderson, Auckland, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from four pumps to be installed on proposed service-station and garage premises at corner of Bridge and Te Atatu Roads, Henderson, Auckland.

T. E. O’Connell and J. C. Davey, Palmerston North, have applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from two pumps to be installed on proposed service-station and garage premises at corner of Te Awe Awe and Albert Streets, Palmerston North.

A. D. Cormack, Raukapuka, Geraldine, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage and service-station premises at Raukapuka, Geraldine.

S. J. M. Martin, Tirau Road, Putaruru, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Tirau Road, Putaruru.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 23 October 1952, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, P.O. Box 2492, Wellington.

Land in the Canterbury Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land

New Zealand Forest Service,
Wellington, 30 September 1952.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.


SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—CANTERBURY CONSERVANCY

ALL those areas in the Canterbury Land District, Kowai County, containing by admeasurement 1,758 acres and 35 perches, more or less, situated in Blocks X, XI, XV, and XVI, Grey Survey District, and described generally as follows:—

All that area containing by admeasurement 1,493 acres 1 rood 35 perches, more or less, being Rural Sections 15451 and 29406 and part of Rural Sections 30122 and 37081, part being Lot 3 on D.P. 1868 and D.P. 1869, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 519, folio 296 (Canterbury Land Registry).

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 264 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Rural Section 29405 and Part of Rural Sections 29482 and 37081, part being Lot 2 on D.P. 2676, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 553, folio 79 (Canterbury Land Registry).

As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 136/14, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red and orange respectively.
