Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, Bay of Islands Development Scheme
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 15th day of September 1930, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 66 of the 25th day of September 1930, at page 281, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act 1929 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936) were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Maniapoto Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 13th day of June 1939, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 45 of the 15th day of June 1939, at page 1839, whereby the said land, inter alia, was declared to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936.

ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District, situate in Block XV, Orahiri Survey District, containing 1 acre 15 perches, more or less, known as Te Kumi A 7B 1 and being part of Te Kumi A7 (formerly part of Te Kumi 7B, Pehitawa 2B 7, and 2B 8B Blocks).

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 15th day of October 1936, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 69 of the 22nd day of October 1936, at page 1913, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 522 of the Maori Land Act 1931 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936) were applied to, inter alia, the said land.
