URSUANT to section 45 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, as representing the employees of the Wellington Harbour Board, hereby appoint
John Angus Brown
to be a member of the Appeal Board set up in connection with an appeal by Donald Leslie Lewis against the decision of the Wellington Harbour Board in appointing George Martin to the position of Electric Crane Attendant.
