Pursuant to the powers vested in him by section 6 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access-way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Hawera and be under the control and management of the Hawera Borough Council.

Pursuant to section 61 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that from the moneys received in respect of the former Tiriraukawa (Pohonui) Domain, described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said domain, a sum not exceeding £134 shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Omatane Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.
