Amending Notice of Adoption Order Under Part IX of the Maori Land Act 1931
Maori Land Court,
1 September 1952.
THE notice of adoption dated the 18th day of October 1948 and published in the Gazette on the 28th day of October 1948, at page 1330, and affecting Hine Clark and others, is hereby amended by order of the Maori Land Court dated the 26th day of May 1952 by substituting for the name "Hine Clark" the name "Karen Ann Clark."

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1925, the registration of the Palmerston North Retail Booksellers' and News Agents' Industrial Union of Employers, Registered No. 1631, situated at Palmerston North, will, unless cause to the contrary be shown, be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

The Standards Act 1941-Draft New Zealand Standard Specification-No. D. 4161: Code of Building Terminology (Letters F to K Together With Addenda to Letters A and B and C to E)
NOTICE is hereby given that the above draft New Zealand Standard Specification is now being circulated to affected interests for consideration and comment. The closing date fixed for such comment is 31 October 1952.
All persons who may be affected by this specification once it has been declared a Standard Specification by the Minister of Industries and Commerce may, at any time before the closing date for comments, obtain, on application, free copies from the New Zealand Standards Institute, Hamilton Chambers, 201 Lambton Quay (P.O. Box 195), Wellington, so as to have an opportunity to consider the draft and to comment thereon to the Standards Council or to an appropriate committee of the Council in accordance with subsection (3) of section 8 of the Standards Act 1941.

Consent to the Consignment of Potatoes From the South Island (Notice No. Ag. 5321)
PURSUANT to regulation 2 of the Board of Trade (Potatoes) Regulations 1952, I, Robert Browne Tennent, Acting Director-General of Agriculture, hereby grant consent to the consignment of potatoes by any person in the South Island to any person in the North Island.
