within a period of one month after demand in writing made by or on
behalf of the Lower Hutt City Council; and all such payments
shall be made from time to time to the Town Clerk, Lower Hutt, for
and on behalf of such Councils.

SCHEDULE

THAT bridge in the Wellington Land District, City of Lower Hutt,
over the Hutt River (together with approaches thereto) to replace the
bridge known as the Hutt River Pipe Bridge. As the site of the
said bridge and approaches thereto is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 136071, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of
the Government, this 10th day of September 1952.

Major G. R. Chance is transferred to the Reserve of Officers,
Regimental List, 6th Light Anti-aircraft Regiment, R.N.Z.A., with
