A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of September 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 roods 39·8 perches.
Being Sections 13, 14, 15, and 16.
Situated in Block XXXII, Town of Wanaka (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138145, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of September 1952.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of September 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 4 acres 2 roods.
Being Section 1, Block XXXIX, Waihou Survey District (Borough of Paeroa), (Auckland R.D.).

Being part Ohinemuri No. 10 Block.
Situated in Block XIII, Ohinemuri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35350.)

Being Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9, D.P. 15828, being part of Sections 78 and 96, Township of Waverley, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 583, folio 225 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in the Town District of Waverley.
