A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of September 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 3 roods 3·6 perches.
Being Lots 1 and 2, D.P.S. 1327, and Lots 4 to 9 (inclusive) and Lots 11 to 15 (inclusive), D.P.S. 1382, being parts Motumaho No. 2 Block, situated in the Borough of Morrinsville, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 949, folio 106 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of September 1952.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the Massey Agricultural College, is hereby set apart for a teachers’ training college; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of September 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 50 acres.
Being part Rural Section 190, Township of Fitzherbert.
Situated in Block XV, Kairanga Survey District. (S.O. 22419.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138276, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
