Annual Statement
I, ROBERT KING, Trust Manager, do solemnly and sincerely declare:—
- That the liability of the members is limited.
- That the capital of the company is £1,500,000 divided into 1,500,000 shares of £1 each.
- That the number of shares issued is 1,500,000.
- That calls to the amount of £1 per share have been made under which the sum of £1,500,000 has been received.
- That the amount of all moneys received on account of estates is £37,051,568 ls. 11d.
- That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates is £36,658,365 3s. 3d.
- That the amount of the balance held to the credit of estates under administration in the company’s trust bank accounts is £393,202 18s. 8d.
- That the liabilities of the company at the close of its financial year (to wit, the 31st day of May 1952) were: Debts owing to sundry persons by the company, viz: On judgment, nil; on specialty, nil; on notes or bills, nil; on simple contracts £333,069; on estimated liabilities, £2,620,255.
- That the assets of the company on that date were: Government securities (New Zealand), £708,967; Government securities (British and British Dependencies), £1,535,521; bills of exchange and promissory notes, nil; cash at bankers and in hand, £1,006,459; other securities, £8,616,258.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Justices of the Peace Act 1927.

WAIPAWA-NGARURORO RABBIT BOARD
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waipawa-Ngaruroro Rabbit Board proposes to execute a certain public work—namely, to provide a site for a dwelling and depot for the Board—and for such purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the offices of the Waipawa-Ngaruroro Rabbit Board, High Street, Waipawa, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the taking of such land, who have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said public work, or to the taking of the said land, must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Waipawa-Ngaruroro Rabbit Board at its offices in High Street, Waipawa.
THE SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situate in the provincial district of Hawke’s Bay, containing 7 acres and 10 perches, be the same a little more or less, situate in Block I of the Oero Survey District, being part Subdivision 2, Patangata 1E 2 Block, and part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 88, folio 76, limited as to parcels.

PURSUANT to section 222 of the Companies Act 1933, notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Reefton on the 13th day of August 1952, at 3 o’clock p.m., the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
“ That the Premier Gold-dredging Company, Limited, be wound up voluntarily. At the same meeting John James Hargreaves, of Greymouth, Director (whose address is P.O. Box 45), was duly appointed liquidator of the company for the purpose of the above winding-up.”
