Any debts owing by or to the said partnership business will be discharged or received (as the case may be) by the said Albert Charles Porter who will continue to carry on the business as the sole proprietor.

PIRINOA CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY COMPANY, LIMITED

In the matter of the Companies Act 1933, and the matter of the Pirinoa Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the company’s factory, Pirinoa, Featherston, on the 18th day of August 1952, the following special resolution was duly passed, all shareholders entitled to vote thereon having agreed to its consideration as a special resolution :—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that NEVILLE OWEN JONES, of Martinborough, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
