  1. Every retailer who offers for sale any goods to which this Order applies shall keep :—
    (a) Complete records of all such goods purchased by him :
    (b) Details of all freight charges incurred by him with respect to the goods :
    (c) Details of all charges made by him for alterations to garments :
    (d) Details of any other charges incurred by him with respect to such goods.

  2. Where the retailer of any goods to which this Order applies proposes to apply the appropriate percentage permitted by this Order to the wholesale price but does not know that wholesale price he shall, before effecting a sale of the said goods, ascertain from the Director of Price Control the wholesale price of those goods.
