Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Tauranga Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act.

Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Heretaunga Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a notice made on the 23rd day of August 1932 and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 58 of the 1st day of September 1932, at page 1951, whereby the provisions of section 522 of the Maori Land Act 1931 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936) were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

The following lands situated in the Takapau Survey District in the Ikaroa Maori Land Court District :-

Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Urenui Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a notice made on the 10th day of September 1947 and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 55 of the 18th day of September 1947, at page 1351, whereby the land described in the Schedule hereto was declared to be subject to Part I of the said Act.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Aotea Maori Land Court District, containing 39 acres 2 roods 34-5 perches, more or less, situate in Block I, Upper Waitara Survey District, and called or known as Mimi 5c, Section 2.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Urenui Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 28th day of September 1939, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 124 of the 5th day of October, 1939, at page 2659, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Te Puke Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 28th day of July 1931, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 58 of the 6th day of August 1931, at page2221, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act 1929 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936) were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

Price Order No. 1402 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 1382) (Seed Potatoes)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :--

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1402, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1382* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
  2. This Order shall come into force on the 22nd day of August 1952.
  3. The principal Order is hereby amended as follows : By inserting after the words "all seed potatoes" in line two of sub-clause (1) of clause 5 the following words : "(except Australian seed potatoes)".
    Dated at Wellington, this 20th day of August 1952.

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :--

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1403, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1351* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
  2. This Order shall come into force on the 22nd day of August 1952.
  3. The principal Order is hereby amended as follows : By inserting after the word "item" in line three of subclause (1) of clause 16 the following words : "the weight of the potatoes and".
    Dated at Wellington, this 20th day of August 1952.

Exempted Goods and Services (Control of Prices) Notice 1952 No. 1

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following Order :--

  1. This Order shall come into force on the 22nd day of August 1952.
  2. Every price order, every approval given under section 16 of the said Act, and every prohibition of sale given under section 40 of the said Act, is revoked so far as each price order, approval, or prohibition of sale relates to the goods referred to in the Schedule hereto or to the charge for any services referred to in the said Schedule.
