LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE
EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 398, folio 86
(Canterbury Registry), for 1 rood 29·2 perches, or there-
abouts, situated in the City of Christchurch, being Lots 57 and 58
on Deposited Plan No. 3115, part of Rural Section 324, in the name
of THE BAPTIST UNION OF NEW ZEALAND, a body corporate
constituted by a Private Act of Parliament, having been lodged with
me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of
title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such
new certificate of title upon the expiration of fourteen days from the
date of the Gazette containing this notice.
Dated this 1st day of August 1952 at the Land Registry Office,
Christchurch.

I, the undersigned, being the auditor of Hokitika Savings-bank,
appointed in terms of section 29 (3) of the Trustee Savings-banks Act
1948, report : (1) I have examined the books, accounts, and
vouchers of the Bank, and have received all the information and
explanations I have required ; (2) I have verified the cash, invest-
ments, securities, and assets of the Bank as at 31 March 1952 ;
(3) The Manager has certified that, to the best of his knowledge and
belief, all requirements of the Trustee Savings Banks Act 1948 and
regulations thereunder have been complied with.
In my opinion, the above balance-sheet is drawn up so as to
exhibit a true and correct view of the state of affairs of the Hokitika
Savings-bank according to the best of my information and the
explanations given to me, and as shown by the books of the Bank.
