Mining Privilege to be Struck Off the Register

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act 1926, as amended by section 18 of the Mining Amendment Act 1937, that unless sufficient cause be shown to the contrary within one month from the date hereof the mining privilege mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936, the following decisions have been made in respect of applications for licences.
