Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Land for the Use, Convenience,
and Enjoyment of a Road in the Borough of Riccarton

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
revoke the Proclamation dated the 6th day of May 1952, and
published in the Gazette of the 8th day of the same month, at page 761,
taking land for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a road in the
Borough of Riccarton, in so far as it affects the pieces of land described
in the Schedule hereto.

in Block X, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 21st day of September
1949 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 57 of the 29th
day of the same month, at page 2376, and deposited in the Land
Registry Office at Wellington as No. 4086, taking land for housing
purposes in Block X, Belmont Survey District, in so far as it affects
the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer
required.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land no longer required : 3 roods
4.78 perches.

Being part Lot 12, D.P. 915, being part Section 43, Hutt District.

Situated in Block X, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 22577.)

In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137702, deposited in

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
revoke the Proclamation dated the 19th day of May 1951, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 41 of the 24th day of the
same month, at page 723, setting apart Crown land for road in
Block IX, Maungaru Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day
of July 1952.

Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 4th day of August 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart : 21.06
perches.

Being part Section 66, Borough of Taihape.

Situated in Block XIV, Ohinewairua Survey District. (S.O.
22377.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134635, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.

Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for irrigation
purposes (raceman's cottage); and I also declare that this Pro-
clamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of August 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart : 2 acres
1 rood 39 perches.

Being part Reserve 4225.

Situated in Block VI, Spaxton Survey District (Canterbury
R.D.). (S.O. 8414.)
