the Minister of Education in accordance with the requirements
of the Education Amendment Act 1924.

The names are arranged in two lists as follows :-
(1) Additions to the Register or amendments in grading as a
result of correction or change of status.
(2) Post-primary classification.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, Maniapoto Development Scheme

P URSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 13th day of June 1939, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 45 of the 15th day of June 1939, at page 1839, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, Mangonui Development Scheme

P URSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District containing 42 acres 35 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 9794 and being part of the blocks known as Manukau G No. 2 and Manukau F No. 6, situated in Block VIII, Ahipara Survey District (C.T. 493/124, Auckland Registry).

Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Okere Development Scheme)
P URSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a notice made on the 10th day of August 1943, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 66 of the 12th day of August 1943, at page 982, whereby the land described in the Schedule hereto was declared to be subject to Part I of the said Act.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Waiariki Maori Land Court District, containing 2 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, called or known as Okere 1c 3c 1 and situate in Block VI, Rotoiti Survey District.

Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Hauraki Development Scheme)
P URSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a notice made on the 7th day of May 1945, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 31 of the 11th day of May 1945, at page 489, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District known as Mataitai C Block and situate in Blocks IV, VIII and IX, Wairoa Survey District, containing 102 acres 1 rood 13 perches, more or less.
