IN the Schedule to the Order in Council dated the 12th day of December 1951, setting apart part Raetihi 2b 2c 3c 2a 1 Block as a Maori reservation, and published in Gazette No. 91 on the 13th day of December 1951, at page 1836, for “1 acre 1 rood” read “1 acre 2 roods.”

Land Proclaimed as Road in Block III, Porangahau Survey District, Patangata County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 2 roods 17·8 perches.

Being part Lot 3, D.P. 6402, and being parts Wallingford Rural Sections 1, 36, and 41.

Situated in Block III, Porangahau Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2560.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 136042, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of January 1952.
