Price Order No. 1341 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 1334)
(Malting Barley)
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal,
acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and
Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order:

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1341, and shall
    be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1334*
    (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
  2. This Order shall come into force on the 31st day of January
  3. The principal Order is hereby amended by omitting from
    paragraph (c) of subclause (1) of clause 9 the figure "7s. 4d." and
    substituting the figure "7s. 4½d."
    Dated at Wellington, this 30th day of January 1952.

    Defining Lands in North Auckland Land District (Riponui Farm
    Settlement) to which Water is Supplied Pursuant to Section 50
    of the Land Act 1948
    PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 50 of the Land Act
    1948, it is hereby notified that the lands defined in the Schedule
    hereto are lands to which water is supplied under the said section.
    SCHEDULE
    NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
    ALL those areas containing by admeasurement a total of 1,349
    acres 3 roods 12 perches, more or less, being Lot 2 as shown on a
    plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No.
    27018, being part of Section 15; Sections 16, 16A, and part 17 as
    shown on a plan deposited as aforesaid under No. 13693; and
    Sections 23 to 30 (inclusive); all in Block XIII, Hukerenui Survey
    District.
    As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
    marked L. and S. 36/1444/411A, deposited in the Head Office,
    Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
    edged red. (S.O. plans 35151 and 36291.)
