The Board shall have prepared and submitted at an annual meeting to be held in the month of April in each year a report of the proceedings of the Board for the previous year ending on the 31st day of March, together with a statement of the receipts and expenditure of the Board for such year. A copy of every such report and statement, certified by the Chairman to be correct, shall be sent to the Minister of Lands as soon as possible after each annual meeting.

The Board shall control the said reserve and the building erected thereon for the purposes of a public hall, and shall also afford settlers and residents of Ngataki and the surrounding district such facilities for meeting within the said hall as may from time to time be determined by the Board: provided that the Board shall have power to fix reasonable charges for the use of the said hall.

Vesting a Reserve in the Horowhenua County Council

At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of July 1952

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for public purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Horowhenua:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Horowhenua, in trust, for public purposes.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for Rabbit Board buildings:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Hautapu Rabbit Board:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Hautapu Rabbit Board, in trust, for Rabbit Board buildings.
