At the Government House at Wellington this 2nd day of July 1952.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby licenses and permits the Mana
Sea Cadet Committee, of Plimmerton (hereinafter called "the
licensee,") which term shall include its successors and assigns unless
the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a
part of the foreshore on the eastern side of Porirua Harbour, as shown
on plan marked M.D. 9390, and deposited in the office of the Marine
Department at Wellington, for the purpose of the use of mooring a
ship, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed
by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set
forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable,
apply hereto. - The premium payable by the licensee shall be £1 (one pound)
and the annual sum so payable £1 (one pound). - The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the
lst day of July 1952. - The licensee shall have the ship attached to moorings of
sufficient strength and weight so as to prevent the ship ever coming
adrift. - The licensee shall place an all-round white light at or near the
stern of the ship and shall keep the same continuously alight at all
such times from sunset to sunrise during the term of this licence. - In the event of the ship becoming derelict, or if for any reason
whatsoever this licence is terminated, the licensee shall at its own
expense remove the ship or derelict to such place as the Secretary
for Marine shall determine.

Foreshore Licence-Landing-site for Aircraft-Paterson Inlet-
Stewart Island-Amphibian Airways, Limited

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and con-
sent of the Executive Council, hereby licenses and permits Amphibian
Airways, Limited (hereinafter called "the company," which term
shall include its successors and assigns unless the context requires
a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore
and land below low-water mark at Paterson Inlet, Stewart Island, and
being all that portion of Watercress beach up to high-water mark
lying 75 yards east of the existing boatsheds and slipways as shown
on plan marked M.D. 9342, and deposited in the office of the Marine
Department at Wellington, for the purpose of the use of a landing-
site for aircraft thereon as shown on the said plan, such licence to
be held and enjoyed by the company upon and subject to the terms
and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS - This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable,
apply hereto. - The premium payable by the company shall be £5 (five
pounds) and the annual sum so payable shall be £3 (three pounds). - The term of the licence shall be five (5) years from the lst
day of July 1952.

Wharves Vested in Kenepuru Road Board

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of July 1952.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Kenepuru Road Board
(hereinafter called "the Board," which term shall include its
successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construc-
tion), the management of the wharves at Onahau and Torea Bays as
shown on plans marked M.D. 4782 and 2372, and deposited in the
office of the Marine Department at Wellington, such vesting to be
subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the First Schedule
hereto, and prescribes that the dues and rates set forth in the Second
Schedule hereto shall be charged and taken by the Board for the
use of the said wharves.
FIRST SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS - The vesting of the said wharves is subject to the Foreshore
Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations
shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto. - The term of the vesting shall be fourteen years from the
22nd day of June 1952. - The annual sum payable by the Board to the Minister shall
be Is. payable on demand. - The Master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said
wharves shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited above
high-water mark, or at such place as may be approved by the
Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose. - The Board shall at all times exhibit therefrom and maintain
at the Board's own cost suitable and necessary lights for the guidance
of vessels: Provided that no light shall be exhibited until after it
has been approved of by the Minister. - The Board shall appoint all officers necessary for the working
and management of the said wharves.
SECOND SCHEDULE
DUES
The owner, agent, or master of every vessel or launch berthing at
either of the said wharves shall pay to the Board charges as
follows:-
For each visit to either wharf the sum of 2s. 6d. For regular
traders the sum of £1 per annum, in respect of each wharf,
payable in advance on the 1st day of April in each year.

Altering and Redefining the Boundaries of the Conway Rabbit District
(Notice No. Ag. 5272)

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS by section 31 of the Rabbit Nuisance Act 1928, it
is enacted that the Governor-General, at the request of the
Board of any rabbit district, may, by Order in Council, alter and
redefine the boundaries of its district:
And whereas the district known as the Conway Rabbit District
has been constituted under and for the purposes of the said Act:
And whereas the Board of the said district has, pursuant to
the said section 31 of the said Act, requested that the boundaries of
its district be altered and redefined by including two additional
areas therein and by excluding an area therefrom:
And whereas it is deemed expedient to alter and redefine the
boundaries of the said district accordingly:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council, hereby- - Alters and redefines the boundaries of the said district so
constituted as aforesaid: and - Declares that the boundaries of the said district shall be those
set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE CONWAY RABBIT DISTRICT
All that parcel of land in the Marlborough Land District containing
166,850 acres approximately and bounded as follows: Commencing
at the eastern bank of the mouth of the Kowhai River in Block IX,
Mount Eyffe Survey District: thence proceeding in a north-westerly
direction by the eastern bank of the Kowhai River to a point due
east of the southernmost corner of Run 128A in Block XIII, Mount
Eyffe Survey District; thence proceeding westerly by a right line to
the said southernmost corner of Run 128A; thence by the southern and
western boundaries of the said Run 128A and part of the south-
western boundary of Run 128 to a point known as Snowflake on
the Seaward Kaikoura Range in Block IX, Greenburn Survey
District: thence generally south-westerly by the summit of the
said range to Palmer Saddle in Block XI, Acheron Survey District:
thence southerly by a right line to the source of the Conway River
and by the centre-line of that river to the sea; thence generally
north-easterly by the sea to the point of commencement.
